Q: shipping to PO boxes and state highway addresses
Do you ship to PO boxes and/or State Road addresses?
A:
We suggest that you use a street address instead of a PO box. Fed Ex will not deliver to PO boxes or State Road mailboxes. They will only deliver to a residence. UPS will not always deliver to a PO box and will sometimes deliver to a State Road mailbox. Please email if you have any concerns. Although it may take a little longer, we can have a custom item sent to us and we can forward it to you as quickly as possible.

Why does it cost $8.00 to ship an item?
A:
We use Fed Ex and UPS to ship most of our products. This gives us the ability to track a package to make sure it will arrive safely and in time.
Q: shipping expectations
Will I receive all of the items I ordered at the same time?
A:
Do to the nature of our business, you may receive your order in several different boxes. We are proud of the fact that we use some of the best designers in the country and sometimes, orders ship from different places.
Q: monogram initials
Why does Three Hip Chicks ask for initials in natural order (first, middle, last name)?
A:
We have found that it is best for us to arrange initials in monogram order. This eliminates errors and misunderstandings. We will arrange the initials for you so the piece you have ordered will be perfect when you receive it, do not worry.
